Directions:

Before using the cream, always test your skin reaction by applying a patch on the inner elbow, following the directions for use:

  1. Apply directly onto the skin with spatula spreading the cream evenly to fully cover the hair.
  2. Leave the cream on the skin for 3-5 mins, timed carefully, and then using the edge of the spatula first remove the cream from a small area. If hair gets removed easily, remove the rest of the cream too.
  3. Rinse your skin thoroughly with water. Pat dry gently.
  4. Use tissue to wipe away all the remaining residues from the skin & pores.

Item will be sent by ordinary registered airmail service (India Post) which may take 10 to 15 days but we assume a maximum of 28 business days to deliver it and sometimes even before. You will have to sign on delivery at the time of receiving the item. You will be emailed a tracking number along with a package photo. To comply with the Department of Transportation regulations, any restricted items will be shipped via ground delivery.

Returns: In case of any problems after receiving the item. Please contact within 7 days and only the purchase amount will be refunded not the postage amount. One side postage for returning the item will be paid by the buyer. We accept returns within 18 days of receiving your order. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition. We will charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise that has been opened. We are not responsible for the shipping cost of returning an order.

Although shipping is fast when shopping at AG-Yuvika, for any orders that are returned to us due to a package being unclaimed or undeliverable because of a wrong address, we will charge Shipping costs as per article weight to resend the package. If at this point you request a refund, we will refund your payment minus the Shipping Cost.

All returns must have a tracking number. We are not responsible for the return package until the tracking number is marked as “delivered” to our facility. Once received, please allow 2 business days for your return or exchange to be processed. Money will be refunded by Stripe/Razor Pay after the item is received.
