Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order with AG-Yuvika within 18 days of placing order. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. However, please note the following terms and conditions:

  1. Restocking Fee: If the merchandise has been opened, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
  2. Return Condition: All merchandise must be returned in its original condition to be eligible for cancellation.
  3. Shipping Cost: AG-Yuvika is not responsible for the shipping cost associated with returning an order.
  4. Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages: In the event that a package is unclaimed or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, AG-Yuvika will charge $8.08 to resend the package. If a refund is requested at this point, we will refund the payment minus $18.

Important Notes:

  • All cancellations must have a tracking number, and AG-Yuvika is not responsible for the return package until the tracking number is marked as “delivered” to our facility.
  • Upon receiving the returned items, please allow up to 5 business days for the cancellation process to be completed, and any applicable refunds or exchanges to be processed.
